Genius Hour Semester two
Hello. Its Tommy from weebly, the kid who did a genius hour project on Fantasy basketball. Well this second semester i have decided to change up my project or should I say make a new one. My new genius hour project this semester is a daily workout plan that any child, teen, or adult can do every day if they so choose. I am doing this project because I want to do more research on exercise programming, then put one of my own together. I really also want other people to learn from my research and plan that I have made to benefit from and hopefully you will as well. This project will target more people that are into running, lifting, and aerobic exercise training. My plans will consist of at least lifting of some kind 4 of the 7 days of the week and running/cardio for the other 3 of the 7 days of the week. The plan will last for about 2 months and then I will change it up so you are not doing the same exercises all year long. Seeing as the second semester only goes until May, there will only be 3 plans; January and February, March and April, May and June.
